What is Korea Curated?

Korea Curated is a Korea subscription box service and online shop designed to share Korea with people around the world every month. As long time residents of Korea, we know how lucky we are to be here and want to help people around the world to experience Korea in a more intimate way. That is why we not only seek out the best Korean companies and products and send them directly to you, but we also create a video episode for each box featuring interviews, product insight and introductions and explaining more about why each product is significant.
By joining us, you will have a steady flow of awesome Korean stuff arriving at your house every month. And the more subscribers we have on board, the more support and encouragement we can send to the Korean companies and artists who are producing this great stuff. As we grow, we will be collaborating with local Korean companies to produce special things just for our subscribers, so be sure to give us feedback so we know what you are passionate about.

How do I purchase a Korea Curated subscription?

It’s easy! Just click this link to Subscribe, and choose the type of box you’d like to receive each month.  Enter your billing and shipping info, and that’s it!  You’ll receive the next monthly shipment when it gets sent out.

When will my box be shipped?

Korea Curated boxes typically ship out within the first 10 days of each month. You will receive email notification that your box has been shipped.
Please note that there may be some slight delays in sending your order when the Post Office is closed due to Korean National holidays.

What payment methods do you accept?

You can use Paypal to pay using your Paypal account or a credit card. We do not accept checks, money orders, or COD.

Can I try it once?

It is possible to cancel at any time, so if you wish to try just one box, simply cancel after receiving your box before the next billing date.


How do you ship your boxes?

Korea Curated offers shipping through Registered Small Packet Service or through EMS (Express Mail Service).

Registered Small Packet Service will take between 10 to 21 days, based on which country you live in.
We will send a Tracking Number to you once your order is shipped.

EMS (Express Mail Service) will take 3 to 5 business days, depending on which country you live in.
This shipping method will cost a little more.


How do I update my billing information?

Click the My Account link, log in, and you can change your billing and shipping information there.

Can I change my monthly billing or shipping date?

Billing and shipping dates are the same for all subscribers at the moment and can’t be changed.


What is your cancellation policy?

You can cancel your subscription any time by logging into your account page and pressing cancel.

Can I place my subscription on hold?

Absolutely!  We understand that things happen in life where you might not want to cancel, but need to temporarily pause your subscription because of various factors. Go into your account page and select pause to pause your subscription.
